Unforgettable Extended Tours 

Sinclair Tour and Travel is dedicated to providing the perfect service in all aspects of touring and travel. As such, you’ll find below the conditions of our tours and extended tours.

INCLUDED IN MOST TOURS* 

     •   Air-conditioned coach fitted with seat belts for your safety
     •   Motel accommodation on a twin share basis
     •   Breakfast (B), Lunch (L) and Dinner (D) as indicated
     •   All entries as listed
     •   Morning tea each day
     •   Name badge, luggage label, travel bag and water bottle

BOOKINGS
Please phone 07 5494 5083 or click the BOOKINGS button for bookings. A deposit must be recieved within 7 days. Each tour will have different deposit requirements.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Balance of payment is to be received at least 60 days prior to tour departure ¬date. For tour bookings made within 60 days of tour departure¬ date, full payment ¬is required ¬on booking. For overseas trips, payment is required earlier in some cases and payments are usually made in installments.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY Sinclair Tour and Travel reserves the right to alter any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, and to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings¬. A full refund will be made if a tour is cancelled by Sinclair Tour and Travel.

CANCELLATION FEES 

In addition to the above fee, any money paid in respect to bookings with other tour operators, attractions, etc. on your behalf and which cannot be recouped will also be payable. A $50 administration fee (per person) will be charged on ALL cancellations regardless of the number of days’ notice given.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

To cover cancellations as a result of illness or loss of baggage, we strongly encourage passengers to arrange travel insurance. We now sell Covermore and Toursafe travel insurance and will gladly send you a brochure.
