was Brilliant !!!!
Warwick and I just got back from Borneo.
It was fantastic. The scenery was spectacular, the War
History was very touching, very moving, very sad. The
orangutans were unbelievably funny and entertaining and
the boat trip up the river was mind blowing—we saw
hornbills, wild pigs, macaque monkeys, proboscis monkeys,
crocodiles, snakes—just couldn’t believe we
were sitting in a boat in the middle of the jungle—out
of this world! The accommodation was great and there was
so much food—ALL MEALS INCLUDED in the tour. Great
shopping too girls. |

Our tour starts with a day with a difference when we discover
Redclaw Aquaculture at its best and then feast on the
mouth watering flavours of farm fresh Qld Redclaw. We’ll
be part of an
informative, enjoyable and sumptuous Cherax Park Redclaw
Farm Tour and then lunch on the verandah of the family
Queenslander home. This is a pond to plate experience
not to be missed. Then this evening, what an incredible
experience—watching fabulous turtles lay their eggs
at Mon Repos near Bundaberg. We’ll do this after
dinner tonight. The next day, we’ll visit 1770 and
Agnes Water and you’ll love our full day tour on
the fabulous LARC—a cross between a four wheel drive
bus and a boat! Our journey takes us across tidal creeks,
along Eurimbula National Park to historic Bustard Head
Light Station for some of the most spectacular panoramic
views in Australia. Experienced guides will amaze you
with tales of tragedy and triumph as early settlers and
lighthouse keepers struggled to tame this remote wilderness.
This unique experience includes morning tea and lunch
with billy tea and our afternoon includes watching (or
participating) in some fantastic sand boarding! We may

We’ll visit Blue Hills Nursery
at Glen Rock near Tenterfield for a tour.. You’ll
love Macrossans Mill in Uralla where we’ll meet a

Historic Saumarez Homestead—a ten hectare grazing
property established in the 1830’s. Our guided tour
takes us through the 30 room Edwardian mansion with original
furnishings, the farm area and stables. Our last group
said this was “a must see”. Then we’ll
join our local guide for a Heritage tour of Armidale—a
fun-filled day! Perhaps you’d like to feed the deer
at our Motel this afternoon before dinner. Good Friday

Board the Westlander in Brisbane for
a train journey to Charleville. Use your pensioner rail
passes and save $$$. Peter will meet you with the bus
in Charleville where you’ll visit the Royal Flying
Doctor Museum, the Cosmos Centre and enjoy night viewing
of the precious Bilbys. On your way to Longreach, visit
the Heritage Centre in Barcaldine, the Black Stump and
Tambo Teddies. You’ll love the Stockman’s Hall
of Fame in Longreach and the Qantas Outback Museum. Tonight
enjoy a dinner cruise on the MV Longreach on the Thompson
River. Free time in town before traveling on to Winton
where we explore the Waltzing Matilda Centre and enjoy

Join us in paradise for 7 nights. Our first night will
be spent at the Anchorage Hotel on the shores of Nadi
Bay and then we’ll start our circumnavigation of
the island. We’ll visit magnificent orchid gardens,
pass through the famous Coral Coast before arriving at
Pacific Harbour Cultural Centre for a fabulous cultural
tour and lunch. Our next night will be spent at the Tradewinds
Hotel on the shores of Suva Bay. Shop in Suva this morning,
travel through Korovo, and the back roads called the Wananbucca’s
where we’ll visit a school and have beautiful children
make flower leis for us, sing to us and show us their
classrooms. We travel on to Raki Raki, a colonial township
that captivates visitors with its old world charm and
serenity. This is where we overnight. Travel through cane
fields this morning on our way to join our 3 day Blue
Lagoon Nanuya Cruise through the Yasawa Islands on the
