The Cook Islands lies halfway between New Zealand and Hawaii, boasting an idyllic climate, endless adventure, romance and pure relaxation. We arrive early morning on 2nd as we cross the international dateline. We’ll stay at the Sanctuary Resort (adults only). We’ll explore Rarotonga in our informative orientation tour, enjoy lunch at Charlie’s restaurant. Our exciting offroad 4WD excursion will show us parts of the island most visitors never get to see. Visit an ancient religious marae, lush jungle waterfall and primal rainforest valleys. You’ll love our Over-water night show offering an authentic cultural experience – with dinner. Join a fascinating Arts and Crafts Tour, visiting many local factories and souvenir stores. Let’s take to the water in a Glass Bottom Muri Lagoon Cruise accompanied by a local band. Survey a rich variety of marine life – BBQ lunch included today! Our Progressive Dinner invites you into the homes of lovely locals who share their home cooked meals. WOW, now we’re off to Atutaki. Our 45 minute flight takes us to this Secluded and romantic paradise where 15 motus (islets) are sprinkled across this huge turquoise, sunlit lagoon – the world’s most beautiful lagoon. First, an island guided tour before we board a Vaka. Our day tour helps us discover 3 remote islands and takes us to the many great swimming and snorkeling locations to explore and hand-feed schools of tropical fish. Back to Rarotonga for our last day. We’ll visit the Punganga Nui Market and feast at our farewell dinner at Tamarind House. Arrive Sydney 10th – mid afternoon (we cross the International Dateline).

You’ll love our stay at the beautiful Opal Cove in Coffs Harbour – right on the beachfront - on Day One. Port Macquarie is our next stop after visiting Bellingen, Nambucca Heads and South West Rocks where we’ll enjoy lunch at the Country Club. You’ll love the Slim Dusty Centre. On to Newcastle for 2 nights. Here we’ll enjoy a guided tour of the town and a fabulous Christmas Lunch cruise. Off to the Hunter Valley Gardens for dinner at the fabulous Christmas Lights Display – truly amazing Christmas lunch with all the trimmings at our beautiful Hotel – Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley before out flight back to the Sunshine Coast.
